Beautiful place - very warm & cosy - great food & great service. Highly recommend.

Excellent restaurant! The waitresses are super friendly! The meals are well prepared and the terrace is very pleasant, on a very quiet street.

Food is average, cocktails very expensive for what they are and pints of Guinness are average, the pint sat there for 10 minutes before it was served with cocktail. Toilets are clean and the atmosphere is good to be fair It's ok, nothing bad but there are far better cocktails and food elsewhere (Alfie's next door for example)

A great restaurant, atmosphere, decor and especially the attentive waitresses. We met a French waitress. I recommend this restaurant where everything was great from start to finish. Go there, you won't be disappointed 😉

Dakota – Where everything just works well. Great food, wonderful service and a lovely building. The sort of place you leave already thinking about coming again. All the staff were cheerful, smiling and genuinely helpful. Not the forced “have a nice day” kind, but the sort who actually seem to enjoy being there. Food and drinks arrived promptly, tasted great, portions were generous and everything felt well put together. Conclusion: A proper all-rounder. Good atmosphere, good people and good food. I will definitely be back.

A superb restaurant in Dublin, beer is cheap, food is really good, not too busy, even the desert is really good. I clearly recommand and will not forget to comeback!

I have eaten & drunk at Dakota before, a long time ago, but it was nice to see that this place has not changed much. There are still a bunch of professional & friendly people working here, they still serve a good variety of good, fresh food, and the atmosphere is unique as you can "leave the Dublin of the tourists outside", and properly enjoy a good meal and drinks.

On my last night in Ireland, I had dinner at the Dakota. The restaurant had a relaxed atmosphere, fitting for the end of my trip. The Guinness beer poured into my glass was, as expected, authentic. It was mellow and rich, and a hearty drink. The superfood salad was served with salmon, which was more delicious than I expected. It was fresh, fragrant, healthy, and satisfying. On the other hand, the chicken pasta was a little bland, and could have been made with a little more effort. The potatoes in the fish and potatoes were also a little unsatisfying. Still, I was grateful to have been able to spend a time that was fitting for the end of my trip. As the Guinness lingered, memories of Ireland slowly seeped into my heart.
