Dakota in Dublin

It's the staff that make a place great and the Dakota staff make Dakota great! Plenty of space, seating and quiet atmosphere. A great place to talk and catch up.

The restaurant has a lot of room for improvement in terms of service. When I walked in, there were hardly any customers, yet the waitstaff seemed too preoccupied to acknowledge my presence. When I wanted to pay, a blonde waitress with long hair happened to be serving food at a nearby table. I signaled to her, but she just glanced at me and walked away without a word, or at the very least, she could have said "just a moment." Eventually, I had to actively call her attention before she attended to me. I didn't understand why a simple "please wait" was too much to ask for.

Very comfortable, attentive staff.

Had a drink here at the weekend, they know how to make a great cocktail here. It wasn't really busy, so the atmosphere felt a bit different than when it might be full.

I'm happy to say that the food was good and the service was great. Not under any pressure as when arrived at 4pm as not busy and plenty of table's and refreshing to see no reserved signs on table's. So as to the day and experience. Had the fish and chips myself and my wife had beef ragu, and she said it was gorgeous, so happy wife, happy life ☺️

Fab bar ,also do food but we already eat but looking at food on tables definitely would be back to try .

Great bar with a great selection of cocktails that are made to a high standard. Looked after us very well for our wedding after party with free champagne on arrival. Highly recommended bar in the heart of Dublin!

Very Centrally located in Dublin City, a large clean pub. Food was OK. I got fish and chips which was disappointing due to the extremal small amount of actual fish under the batter.

We had an incredible experience at our Christmas party! The food was exceptional, and the manager, Patricia, was attentive and efficiently handled all aspects of the evening. Received nothing but compliments from the entire company regarding the fantastic night we had. Thank you!
