Damascus Gate in Dublin

Emilio was the best host I've ever had in a restaurant. He has such a warm and welcoming way with people. We had a group of 10 people for a birthday dinner and he made the whole experience such a laugh! On top of this was the amazing food; we shared a range of mezzes to start as per his recommendation and then I always love the kebab Jan - the food is what keeps me coming back again and again. Highly recommend! Sad to see the one in Terenure close!

This is a beautiful restaurant with amazing food that was rich with flavor! The servers were very nice and informative and the atmosphere was lovely. We will definitely be coming back in the very near future!

The food was amazing, both the halal and veg options were great. The host was so friendly and inviting. He knew just how to help us navigate the menu and helped us take pictures. 💕 Would absolutely recommennd for the service alone.

Came to this Syrian/Lebanese restaurant twice during my week’s stay in Dublin. Really good food had the lamb kibbeh followed by lamb skewers. Friendly owner, who gave good advice on menu choices. Good range of drinks including 0% beer on draught. Will definitely come again when I visit Dublin
