What an amazing experience! The service and atmosphere was brilliant and the food devine. I enjoyed every aspect of the evening, when you arrive you’re seated in the bar and offered a drink and canapé while choosing your dinner, a nice touch to start the meal. Can’t wait to go back

Great food with a welcoming and friendly team that took care of us really well for my dads birthday

Rustic old school charm in this destination restaurant. Starting in the bar lounge we were invited to peruse the menu and order drinks before being received for dinner. Drinks were served with amuse bouche of creamed leek tartlet. Plenty of fish choice on the menu including scallops, turbot, trout and prawns. The lamb was amazing as was the Silver Hill duck...had to be had 'when in Rome'. Most of us were repleat after the rich, buttery starters and mains but those that went for dessert were pleased. The fish chefs, opera serenade, was a pleasant surprise. His singing is as good as his fish prep!!! Wonderful evening.

Visiting for our 40th wedding anniversary. Had a lovely meal and a smashing evening all round made all the more special by the welcome and fuss made of us by all the staff including an Italian serenade by " Baritone ".
