Danny Minnies in Anagaire

We were staying at an air bnb near this restaurant and decided to eat here for dinner and it did not disappoint. We didn't have a reservation, but they fit us in anyway. The canapés on arrival were a great touch. The dinner was gorgeous and the staff were so nice. Definitely recommend.

Danny Minnies hosted us for a work event recently, and it was honestly such a lovely experience. The staff are so friendly and very welcoming. They invite you to sit in front of a gorgeous open fire, and you look over the menu while enjoying your first drink of the evening. When your first course is ready, they seat you down at your table which was a fantastic way to do it. We had a group of 10ppl and they were so great dealing with so many of us. Every course was gorgeous - the table was silent at times we were so invested in our food! The place is absolutely gorgeous, and would be a beautiful spot for couples to go for a weekend getaway. Danny Minnies was an absolute treat to experience - couldn't recommend the place enough!

Been dying to get here, and I wasn't disappointed. Sheila and the whole team we're so welcoming. From tea, scones and pancakes on arrival in front of the fire to a glorious room with a 4 poster bed. The food was exceptional. I'll be back 😉

Lovely place, excellent food, prices competitive, staff really nice. As a coeliac, I was given a scone with my starter, made by the chef/kitchen staff, compliments guys, the food and scones were exceptional.

Possibly one of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time, from the welcome you receive, to the table service , it was all just top class. The atmosphere at Christmas was just magical, the food was amazing and even got treated to a song from the Chef! Go raibh mile maith agaibh, bhi oiche are deoigh againn in Danny Minnys.

Lovely food in a cosy environment. When we first entered we were sat down on a nice comfortable couch in a lounge area with a fireplace, where we could browse the menu and order drinks. Then when our table was ready we were brought through to the dining area. The lounge and the dining area are all beautifully decorated with nice wooden furniture and an old style comfortable feel. The fish we ordered was excellent and the potato and roasted vegetable sides were also great. The highlight of the meal was the chocolate mousse dessert with the white chocolate ice cream. The service here is excellent, the servers were polite and friendly and the lady in charge is lovely, taking the time to explain menu items to us in detail. I highly recommend having a meal here for the cosy ambience, great service, and amazing food.
