This was easily the best ethnic food we had on our visit. We needed a break from fried fish and potatoes. It's definitely worth the detour and not far from all the other places you want to be.

The Daruma is a typical and very nice Japanese restaurant. The atmosphere and service are great. The menu offers a wide range of special Japanese dishes. It is a bit more expensive but worth every cent. On the picture: Darum Selection of Skewers, Aburi Salmon Nigiri and Kirin Ichiban Premium beer

Brought some family members here and we had a variety of different dishes all of which was great. Staff were all very nice and attentive. It's up there with the best of Japanese restaurants in Dublin.

28/05/2025: It was great. I celebrated my birthday on 26 May 2025. Ambience is great. We enjoyed the food and excellent service. I intend going back soon.
27/05/2025: This was the best place to choose for a civil wedding lunch. It's perfect for celebrations and it can accommodate 10 people. The waiters were very attentive with us. We also had a suprise dessert which was not part of the order. They were also nice to cook a bit more my piece of beef because I don't like it french mid rear style.

01/06/2025: Very nice mexican food. Had tacos carnitas which could maybe have done with a bit of sauce and salad but were still tasty, if a little dry. The patatas bravas were really good. Mexican beer was excellent
