DARUMA in Dublin

A small but very cozy Japanese restaurant with 10/10 service and a very interesting and varied menu. The portions are somewhat small but packed with flavor. We tried three different dishes, and all were delicious. They serve a rather expensive Waygu beef dish, which I haven't tried yet. I'll try it next time. Highly recommended for couples or with friends.

The food is really good and a great representation of the Japanese cooking style. The staff are nice and friendly. The restaurant is built very neat and it also reminded me of a traditional Japanese restaurant

Food was incredible, LOVED it!! Nigiri was so fresh! I could really tell that they use quality ingredients! Also love that it’s kind of a tapas style dining where that way you can get a taste of everything. Service was amazing as well! They take away your jacket for you to hang up and give you a basket at the table for your purse. Atmosphere was very nice to be in, loved the decor. Too bad i’m only passing through Dublin, would love to come here again!

The restaurant’s ambiance is so cozy—soft lighting and warm decor make it feel like home. It’s spotless everywhere, and staff are super attentive, checking on us just the right amount.

We walked in just for a simple sushi and ended up having an unique experience beyond the ordinary and simplicity. The service was surprisingly amazing, the waitresses explained us every single plate of the menu and we were fascinated. We got the sake tasting experience and the bartender explained the production and origin of this beverage in detail. All the food was a 10/10, we couldn't resist it and kept ordering more plates and cocktails. A surreal experience that would love to repeat. Thank you to all the staff for this night!

The staff here should be commended. Impeccably friendly, helpful and proactive. The food tastes wonderful and is presented well. Reservation is recommended.. it's very snug.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. The food was PHENOMENAL. So fresh. The flavors were incredible. Our cocktails were smooth and delicious and the service was warm and attentive. Can’t wait to come back
