Such a nice discovery so close to Dublin. Felt very much like a diner but make it Irish. We got the Big D breakfast and the fish and chips. I would 100% recommend either and I would imagine most of the food on the menu is just as delicious. It can get busy at lunch but you will get a seat if you wait a bit.
The ambiance of the place is inviting and warm, making you feel welcome. The food options on the menu are diverse, offering something for everyone,
The service provided by the staff is exceptional, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Their attention to detail and friendly demeanor is very appreciated. The classic American style creates a comforting and familiar atmosphere. It's a great spot to relax and enjoy a meal with friends or family. You can expect a memorable experience with good food and great service.
No longer open on Monday and Tuesday (August 2025)
Since it re-opened under new management it is getting busier and busier as weeks go bye. Car park full at Breakfast and lunch times. Waitress said today there would be a bit if wait, not really an issue.
Food is all freshly prepared, staff are very pleasant. Prices are very reasonable. Itsbgreatbto be able to get an all day breakfast. Other thing I like, decent branded condiments in bottles as opposed to sachets, this has a second positive, less packing going to landfill.
The ladies, that's serve, you are the best. They're in and out of the kitchen. Looking after everybody.
And I always have 5 minutes. To have a chat with you and a laugh with you,
well done to all that works in there. 👏 👍
