Best customer service I’ve ever had and amazing well priced food we all got rolls. They accidentally dropped hot sauce on my friends shoes and they gave us money to go buy shoe cleaner which they did not have to do. 100% recommend.

I Googled reviews for best breakfast roll in Dublin and found this place suggested many times. I gave it a shot and have to agree it is simply the best! I don't make noise when I eat, but I couldn't stop staying out loud Oh My God after every bite. It's unreal, it's on a different scale to be honest! Thanks Donal, nice meeting you yesterday.

11/01/2025: My fave cakes are classic/matcha/lemon cheesecakes. And of course, the Japanese cheesecake....they are superb!!!

07/11/2024: Hemos cenado esta semana en Patrick Guilbaud y Capítulo Uno. Tomamos el foie gras salteado en Dax tonite, y créeme cuando te digo que podría haber sido un entrante en cualquiera de esos dos lugares Michelin estrella. Wow! Chef Grahah Neville puede no tener ninguna estrella Michelin (todavía) ... . pero este lugar es el verdadero negocio! Nos encantó su entrada principal de lomo de cerdo asado con repollo saboyano y jus de cerdo también. Bonitos bouches de diversión, gran pan! ¡El puré de patatas nos recordó a Joel Robuchon! Bonita carta de vinos a un precio razonable también, por copa o botella. Gran servicio. Si estás en Dublín y quieres una buena comida, prueba Dax... ¡por mucho menos que las dos estrellas! ¡No te decepcionarás! Bravo!
