Lovely evening with great stories and music. We felt very welcome and hat lots of fun. What was great was that we also saw a part of Dublin we haven't yet visited and that we went to beautiful and fun pubs we probably wouldn't have found on our own.

We loved this wonderful evening of stories, songs and pub sociability. Colm is a terrific, very amusing raconteur and told stories about Oscar Wilde, Brendan Behan, Samuel Beckett, and James Joyce. And John's singing and guitar playing were delightful. There was a literary quiz at the end and I am inordinately proud to have received the second prize award (small bottle of whiskey), which I will treasure and never drink. :)

Very accessible tour. You don't need any pre-existing literary knowledge to enjoy this - just a little curiosity and sense of fun. Frank and Finbarr are class acts. Both really funny and able to keep a large group together in a very natural way. The sketches offered little tasters of Irelands most famous writers. The pitstops in pubs near Grafton street are nice for foreign visitors. Seeing Trinity after hours was surprisingly lovely- I've walked through hundreds of times during the day but seeing it empty and quiet was so different. If they ever want to add an additional tour that goes more indepth, sign me up!

This was marvelous! Entertaining and fun and educational. Guides are hilarious and knowledgeable and the pints are delish. I wish they provided a list of all the authors & books they mentioned for further reading! Highly, highly recommend.

The Dublin Literary Pub Crawl was an absolute delight and a must-do for anyone who loves literature, history, or simply a good story over a pint. Our guides were not only incredibly knowledgeable but also fantastic performers—bringing to life the works of Irish literary greats like James Joyce, Oscar Wilde, and Samuel Beckett right on the streets and inside the pubs where they once drank and wrote. We visited several historic pubs, each with its own unique charm and connection to Dublin’s rich literary heritage. The evening was filled with fascinating stories, witty performances, and plenty of laughs along the way. It was the perfect mix of culture, entertainment, and good company. Whether you’re a literature buff or just looking for a fun and engaging way to explore the city, this tour is a gem. Highly recommended!

I don't usually book tours when I travel but my sister clearly knows better than me and signed us up for this tour. We had such a good time wandering around with our guides, the acting was amazing, every joke landed and overall a great time was had by all. Highly recommend and will definitely go again if I end up back in Dublin.

We did this on a cold, rainy night and still loved it. I’m not a huge reader, but the actors were hilarious and totally pulled me in. Great mix of history, pubs, and performance. Smart, fun, and very Dublin.
