Dublin Literary Pub Crawl in Dublin

A wonderful, informative, and highly entertaining tour through the world of Irish literature. Several stops at great pubs offer the perfect opportunity for a pint. A Guinness is certainly welcome, but not required. We took the tour on April 20, 2026, and highly recommend it to everyone.

A must-see for anyone who loves Irish literature or wants to discover it without the risk of boredom, through anecdotes and passages recited by an actor, along with stops at pubs. It's also a great way to learn about the legendary poet, memoirist, and playwright Brendan Behan, who died an alcoholic and is now largely unknown, as well as the usual, but still immensely great, writers of Joyce and Wilde.

Such a fun and special activity in Dublin! When I travel, I love doing things where I can have fun but also really learn about the heart and soul of the city, and this was absolute perfection. It had the ideal balance of literary history and the usual pub crawl fun. I learned a lot and met so many cool people both on the tour and in the bars themselves. I come from a theatrical background, and I was super impressed by the actors’ talent and will be highly, highly recommending this tour to everyone I know who visits the city. Such great value for the cost, too. Thanks for giving me an Irish experience that I’ll never forget.
