Excellent pub, food outstanding, very friendly staff particularly the Uruguayan lady. Best of all dogs are welcomed inside.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting The Eagle in Glasthule, Dublin, with my husband and it was nothing short of fantastic! With the Oktoberfest celebrations in full swing until September 27th, the place had an extra festive vibe that really added to the experience. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was lively, and the team went above and beyond to make us feel special. Special thanks to Ines, Deepak, Lena, Summer, Israel, and Dani—their hospitality was impeccable, making the night even more enjoyable. The management, led by Kamila and Rebecca, were outstanding, ensuring that everything was perfect and that we were taken care of with genuine care and attention. The other patrons were also wonderful, and we even had a great conversation with the table beside us. The friendly and welcoming atmosphere truly sets The Eagle apart. If you're looking for a spot that offers great vibes, personalized attention, and a memorable experience, I highly recommend The Eagle.

Visited The Eagle today at lunchtime with family. What a nice experience. We had small children with us so booked the conservatory area which was bright and cheerful and comfortable. The food got excellent reviews from us all. We'll b back. Thank you.

Wasn't there for the best of reasons as it was a Funeral, but I will be back for happier reasons as the Decor just spot on, with the conservatory just gorgeous, understated but beautiful 😍... food was lovely as were the staff..

Visited late August 2024. Food excellent, and the bar is lovely. Service only so-so, neglected for a bit so drinkless, server not familiar with the taplist, didnt warn a kid about nuts in icecream (not an issue for kid in question, but she thought it was vanilla rather than pistachio) But the food was worth it, very tasty.

Beautiful decor, friendly helpful staff, beautiful food. Very impressed and definitely recommend.

8 of us went for lunch. 3 of us got the burger on a recommendation. Just a burger and a portion of chips arrived, no side salad or anything, looked very poor and the burger was very average. 3 people got the lamb shank.one of them was good, the others very fatty. My mother had to ask for a steak knife it was so tough. People Rave about the food but we would never go back.
