Had wings and a pint. Great atmosphere and food.

A beautiful location, close to the coast, which gives it an even more special charm. The decor is gorgeous; you can tell it was chosen with care and elegance. The food is some of the best I've ever tasted. Explosions of flavor beautifully combined. This pub has soul; it feels like coming home.

I can't praise the Eagle enough. I recently had a party there to mark a bug birthday. From the time I initially inquired about booking the lovely glass room at the back, the staff members were so friendly and couldn't do enough to help me. Nothing was a problem for them. The food was extremely tasty, several divisions about the usual gastro pub fare. I'm vegan, as are several of my guests, and a few others are gluten-intolerant. We were all catered for unbelievably well. All of the staff, without exception, were so friendly and helpful. Many thanks to them all, including Eddie, Camilla, Rebecca and the very kind barman who managed to find a taxi that could bring home my sister-in-law, who uses a wheelchair. All of my friends and family members thoroughly enjoyed their evening at the Eagle. The buzz is great there. Don't hesitate to book it for a special event or just to go there for a lovely meal and evening out. Thanks, everyone.

The menu has German dishes (which is different for me), but they looked super appetizing. I tried to Google what they were and asked the waitress if they were similar. She said yes. When the dish arrived at the table, it was surprisingly different from what I thought it would be or what the waitress told me it would be. Hahaha, but it was very tasty. The meat was on the bone and was falling apart, it was so tender! The dessert was also very tasty! The service was a little slow. It took a long time for them to clear our table, a long time for them to bring the dessert menu, and they never brought the bill, so we got up and went to find someone to pay.

This spot is very handy for a casual dinner or for a celebration . A group of us met recently and had a lovely dinner . Good menu and service . The restaurant was warm and cosy and nicely decorated for Christmas . The menu was varied but we felt that there was too much lettuce added to some dishes. A minor issue . I would highly recommend the Dutch pancakes for dessert - delicious . The waiter ( Brasilia? ) apologies for misspelling was excellent - cheerful and efficient .
