Banger. Tremendous food, tremendous service and tremendous locals that are just the friendliest bunch. We came here on pure chance and I will remember this place in Dublin for many years. We had a lovely chat with the people next to us, who gave us beautiful stories and excellent recommendations of the local sites to visit. We enjoyed great food and drinks and we warmed up cause it was raining heavily outside. Try the chowder! And a Guinness, for sure!

Visiting Dublin found this bar looking for somewhere to eat what friendly bar staff and the best pint of Guinness I had to drink on my visit and l tried various bars the foods good too. There's also a very good choice of other Irish brewed drinks which I sampled.

Great pub with friendly staff and decent drinks prices, just don’t get the steak sandwich. The size of the “steak” was laughable (half the size of the bread). Seems that the other food items have good reviews so I would just stay away from the steak sandwich.

A very average pub, like a neighborhood pub. Nothing spectacular, but it's not bad at all. The music is great, and above all, the food is great and reasonably priced. A delicious sandwich and exquisite cream soup for just €12 are prices that are hard to match in Dublin. There's a wide variety of beers, which are also cheaper than usual in the city.

Jay Kays Cafe

19/11/2025: I had a great experience at Jay Kays Café. The food was excellent—everything I tried was delicious, from the French toast and avocado toast to the eggs Benedict with pulled beef sandwich. The hot chocolate was also wonderful and comforting. The only thing that didn’t quite suit my taste was the Irish coffee, which was a bit too strong for me, but that comes down to personal preference more than anything else. The café has a lovely ambience as well, making it a pleasant spot to relax and enjoy a meal. Overall, I really enjoyed my visit and would happily return to try more from their menu.

16/12/2025: My visit to the Irish Whiskey Museum with my boyfriend was an innovative and creative experience that exceeded all my expectations. It's not just a tour about the drink; it's a fantastic immersion into the history of Irish whiskey and its cultural impact. What truly made the visit wonderful was our guide, Gary. He is an exceptional storyteller. With an incredible sense of humor, Gary explained the history of how it all began, from the origins to its current resurgence. His hilarious and engaging way of presenting the facts made the learning fun and highly memorable. My boyfriend and I loved every minute! If you are looking for a fun, entertaining, and genuinely interesting way to spend an hour or two in Dublin, look no further. Try to get Gary as your tour guide! I recommend it 100%!
