Eddie Rocket's in Dublin

09/04/2026: A rough and tumble McDonald's where the staff are doing a sterling job getting orders out on time whilst keeping the place spotlessly clean. I foreswore McDonald's when the one in Drogheda turned into an entrance to hell. But I needed somewhere to sit whilst the Mrs did her Penny's thing and the nearest seats were here. €3.60 is not bad for an iced latte and the place is big enough that I got a window seat, so that whilst I can hear the guy behind me listening to bad techno full blast on his phone and a mother shouting at her choking child, my eyes are spared the vista.

25/03/2026: The atmosphere isn't great, but it's not expensive and they don't take long.
