Eddie Rocket's in Dublin

Bought a spice bag and spicy tenders, turns out, it was salty. Too salty, that we can't eat.

Had a drink spilled on me and didn’t get a proper apology, nothing even offered for compensation. Food was great tho

I like the atmosphere and services

I find the staff here and including Loreen (I hope I've spelt it correctly) very friendly! I prefer this particular Eddie rockets to many other franchises

Great service and atmosphere but let down somewhat by small portions and overpricing for what you get . A chicken fillet burger used to have a large fillet, but nowadays in Eddie Rockets, it seems they use a mini fillet. I am conparing it with Eddie Rockets from 30 years ago though :)

We booked a party for our child’s birthday party today and we could not have been happier with the wonderful service. Lorraine was so friendly, helpful and accommodating to our party of 14. They went above and beyond, setting the table for the party with lots of special touches like toys, hats, a birthday t-shirt and for staff to all sing to our child. The food was served really quickly and everything was delish. I didn’t catch the other member of staff’s name that served us but she was so lovely and friendly with a smile for us at each interaction. Great service!

Staff is very welcome. Food not bad just price I think is to expensive . 14€ for burger with is size like Mcdonald double cheeseburger- no thanks. Big arch is better and bigger and its cost at Mcdonald 8€.
