The brunch experience was delightful, offering a lovely ambiance and a wide variety of delicious options. The dirty chicken and mussels were absolutely phenomenal, showcasing expert preparation and flavorful seasoning. They are definitely a must-try for anyone visiting!

If you like to taste the best chicken wings and avoid also the busy city centre, then “Elephant &Castle” in Churchtown is the one to choose!! Menu does not have numerous choices to select therefore it has the traditional dishes for a bar-restaurant, however will be satisfied from the quality of food. I ordered with my son , two burgers with an avocado salad and wings as starter. I have to mention that burgers were juicy enough but they didn’t have any sauce .. so for those that they don’t want to have sticky fingers was perfect 🤓.. chicken wings are “state of the art” …try try

Great and very large portion of chicken wings as a starter. Main course burger was average. Keep in mind that the service is slow so ordering drinks in advance would be a good idea.

This place is a good place to go out of a bite and a beer. The staff is friendly, and the food is quite good. We went there because some friends told us about the Mussels and the chicken wings, and in fact it did not disappoint. The wings are really good, the craft beer to go with it is amazing, and the mussels were OK (flavour wise it was good, but unfortunately they were quite small). They have a kids menu, with various options. The beer selection is good too.

04/04/2024: Situated in O'Connell St., this is a busy central cafe with a lot of heart. Staff are friendly and the coffee is good. Large plate glass windows make the view onto the street great for people watching & gives a light, spacious feel to the downstairs area. Like their other branches, seating is a mix of comfortable couches and seating, upstairs is quieter and more intimate. A great place to grab a sandwich or cake and while away the hours with your friends or on your laptop. A favourite with locals and tourists alike, it has an interesting eclectic vibe of customers. They have two small seating areas outside on the street for smoking or people watching. If I'm in the area, it's my go to for a relaxing place to read or write.
02/04/2024: Be careful in this cafe. On March 27, 24, my purse was stolen inside the cafe. Beware of possible thieves!!
