Elephant & Castle in Dublin

We got a table without a reservation. The service was first-class and the food was delicious. Thank you for the lovely memory ☺️

Got the main course buffalo chicken wings here. Really good. Lots in the portion. Staff are really attentive and friendly. Atmosphere was cozy with good vibes.

Service was good aside from the 90minute reservation window of which we were reminded just as we were seated and again 70minutes later. The cauliflower wings made a lovely starter though the sidechick chicken burger was somewhat over cooked. The seating and ambiance was somewhat mixed. It came across like a diner style more than the high end we expected and were paying for. Nice to visit as a new establishment though we won’t be back in a hurry.

We had the most wonderful one-night stay at The Dean Docklands while in Dublin for a concert to celebrate my birthday. We were absolutely delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to Sam’s Suite, which was stunning! The waterfront views from the bedroom, bathroom and living room were incredible. The hotel amenities are top notch, especially the gorgeous outdoor pool and thermal suite — perfect for a little birthday indulgence. A special shoutout to Maria at the front desk, who was so lovely and welcoming and truly made us feel like royalty. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely be making The Dean Docklands our go-to hotel in Dublin from now on. We can’t wait to return!

Great food and staff was super nice

There were two of us, and we felt completely at ease. Delicious food, friendly service, and great music.

I would love to share my experience at this beautiful hotel. A man named Benji, I think, met me at reception, and I’ve never met anyone so helpful, he helped me out so much, gave me the best room possible, I’ve never had a better experience at any hotel, this one really stood out, the room was fantastic, balcony, a working tv, a bath, a shower, and a massive comfortable bed, and all thanks to this lovely man!!!!!! Thank you !!!!

It's no longer the Elephant & Castle at the Mason hotel. The chicken wings tasted much the same as before. There is a new menu. It seems very limited to the previous one. They served food on a tin plate,which cheapened the experience. The desertsl weren't great but expensive. The portion of chips were tiny, but the price wasn't. The Mason was a regular experience for me ,but not any more. Looks like I will have to go back to the Elephant and Castle in Temple Bar.
