Incredible pastries and great coffee. Shame you can only get takeaway cups.

Visited with my wife on our Dublin trip. We enjoyed a selection of fantastic pastries. The Kimchi Brioche was the absolute standout for us. Will return the next time we're in Dublin.

The best Boulangerie in Dublin by far!
Everything is delicious, the classic pastries like the pain au chocolat and the croissant are buttery and soft inside, exactly as they should be! They always have original pastries, which are all delicious
As a French girl, this was my absolute favourite place to go to when I was feeling homesick

All good, except the food, quite dry and lacked taste
I had the Pain Suisse and a Buddha Bowl from Elliot’s today. I had never been before but I will be back. Both were outstanding. One Pain Suisse is enough for one person and is such a treat!
The waiter was really nice guy. The coffees were great. We took several pastries. The jambon bagette was so full of butter my boyfriend got so bas stomach. The croissant a bit dry for my taste. The cinnamon bun was great and the brioche with mortadella was really good but pricey for what it was. The place is so like an office, its not so cozy there so basically is for take away
I used to come to Phibsborough mainly for the flea market—browsing vintage finds and quirky treasures was the highlight of my weekend. While in the area, I’d usually grab a bite somewhere nearby, just to keep me going. But that’s changed.
Now, I come to Phibsborough for Elliot Micro Bakery. The flea market? That’s just a bonus.
From the moment you step inside, there’s a warmth that hits you. The coffee is consistently excellent, smooth and rich, and the bakes? Truly something else. The cakes are indulgent but not overdone, the kind that feel homemade but elevated. The bread is the real hero though—crusty, fragrant, and full of character. It’s the sort of loaf that makes you plan a meal around it.
Elliot has turned into a small obsession of mine. What used to be a stopover is now a destination. Phibsborough’s got a gem here—and if you haven’t tried it yet, you’re missing out

Sexy Jambon-beurre and Basque cheesecake equally as sexy, reasonably priced and super friendly staff too 🙌

Ice cakes, great coffee and lovely breads. But you need a bread slicer
