The spacious rooms, the quite comfortable beds, the breakfast with variety, excellent treatment, especially from Javier and Sergio who have done everything possible to make us feel at home. The location is quite good, in 10 minutes in the center

A pity that when we went they were renovating the boat and the views from the room were not so good… Quiet hotel, even if it is full. Maybe the decoration is not the best in the world and the rooms are not very spacious even if you ask for a higher category but you rest very well. The restaurant service is quite good and you can find snacks at the reception. It has an umbrella rental service for €2 a day. The only drawback we have found is that it does not have amenities, there is nothing. Otherwise quite good, although a renovation in the bathroom to remove the bathtub would not be bad. The cloth curtain and rubber mat are very much out of use. If you are allergic you should know that the rooms are carpeted.

Quite outdated rooms, and some wet walls/moldy. Should modernise the rooms and interior.

The rooms were comfy and spacious but the food at the restaurant wasn't great but the staff were so kind to us.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn and had an absolutely wonderful experience! The hotel itself is well-maintained, with clean, comfortable rooms and excellent amenities. However, what truly stood out to me was the exceptional service provided by their F&B assistant, Rakesh Malik. Rakesh went above and beyond to ensure my dining experience was nothing short of perfect. His warm and welcoming demeanor, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests are commendable. He recommended some excellent dishes, ensured everything was to my liking, and made me feel truly valued as a guest. The quality of food and service at the hotel was top-notch, and Rakesh's efforts elevated it to another level. It's rare to find such dedication and professionalism, and I’m grateful for the care he showed during my stay. I highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn and want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Rakesh Malik for making my stay so memorable. I’ll definitely be returning in the future!

Recommended hotel, good location, very complete breakfast, highlighting the attention of the waiter Javier. I just miss some TV channel in Spanish

It’s a clean, modern hotel with some great aspects. The breakfast is pretty amazing. Hot, many options, lots of tables. The rooms are unique. Which works with their modern vibe. SMEG tea kettle & mini fridge. Walls seemed good for noise reduction. If you are a FIRST timer to Ireland NOTE there are no appliance outlets allowed in bathrooms. So be prepared for that. I didn’t recall that from my last trip many years ago. So it’s kind of Olympics to get ready. But men have a electric razor outlet 🙄 The negatives and it’s a BIG NEGATIVE…. The bed was atrocious. We had a king room. And you could literally HEAR & FEEL the springs. With all the money they put into every other aspect they really blew it with the mattresses. Fortunately we only stayed for 2 nights. But if you are staying for a long stay- you will pay for it with the worst sleep of your life. I wish I was exaggerating. Maybe it was just our room. But buyer beware.
