Friendly staff, comfortable, and clean rooms. Unfortunately, the fire alarm went off during the night due to a system failure. A letter of apology arrived promptly the next morning. The river view is very picturesque.

We had a perfect reception from Sambou, who was very friendly and helpful. All was easy and very pleasant, although the restaurant food was disappointing, although the menu was good. Everything else was excellent.

Excellent experience in a wonderful hotel! I arrived early expecting to wait in the the lounge till check in but Jalessa in reception not only gave me a warm welcome but gave me a upgraded room immediately. The facilities are excellent and the location is walkable from all the attractions. We come back here soon
