Eric demonstrates a lot of experience and, above all, love for what he does: quality coffee and the art of teaching. He not only teaches the technique, but also explains each step in detail and goes far beyond the basics. We saw everything from the variables of the bean to the cup and the various coffee options on classic coffee shop menus and everything involved in a very high-quality coffee. We learned the correct handling, maintenance and cleaning of equipment and accessories. Another very important point is that we have many opportunities to practice, I managed to leave the course mastering the art of coffee from the heart! And in addition to all this, at the end we received valuable guidance on the profession and the market. What impressed me most was his genuine willingness to teach and help, even offering us a new chance to practice with him before a test or interview, for example.
