Essence Patisserie in Dublin

Smashing feed. Chill vibes. My kind of place. Great value especially for dundrum - 14.50 for full Irish and a latté

It was a lovely experience! I especially loved the vegetarian breakfast. everything was fresh and delicious! The staff so nice! We deducted one star because the desserts/pastry were a real disappointment. We tried the tiramisu and the red velvet cake, and unfortunately, both were quite bad. That said, for breakfast, it was an excellent experience overall.

Staff was perfect and I liked Irish brekfast and latte but pancake was not good enough, toilet was out of service and ventilation was not working, that's why inside was airless.

Coffee is amazing, sandwiches were so tasty and the service was also great!!

This café is fabulous. It may not be the most cool or instagrammable in the city, but the breakfast, the sandwiches/wraps are magnificent (a shoutout to the crispy spicy pulled chicken wrap - wow!). I’ve been here maybe a dozen times now and yet Essence remains a relatively unknown gem that has managed to fly beneath the radar. There are other decent food cafés in Dublin but few offer great coffee, genuinely fabulous food and such warm service. Each new visit brings a fear that I will have to join a line out the door waiting to be served and thrilled. For breakfast, for lunch or just an afternoon break, in my opinion, it is the unequivocally the best in Dundrum and truly among the best in the city.
