Fish Bar in Dublin

30/05/2025: This used to be my favorite coffee place a year ago until all good baristas were gone and they hired really young staff that honestly didn’t know how to prepare a coffee (cold, no foam, watery, etc), so I stopped going there. I decided to give another chance about 3 weeks ago and the first few time I was actually convinced it had changed for the best, but then I just realised I was being served by a good barista. There’s a barista that can’t prepare a good coffee and that goes to show that you can’t have the best quality coffee (coffee here is the best I had in Dublin) if you don’t take time to train your baristas.

29/05/2025: Quiet cozy cafe. Amazing coffee and breakfast. Reasonable price. They have a backyard where you can sit,enjoy food chat and i saw power port you might work there if its not rainy. I am assuming it will look even better on a bright sunny day. Highly recommended 👌👌👌
