Absolutely incredible hotel, stayed here to watch Ireland v Wales in six nations, location is absolutely spot on, there's a beautiful park less than two minutes walk in front of hotel, if you want to shop and drink then its two minutes from the hotel as well. Food is out of this world. Staff so very friendly and helpful and the room is one of the best ive stayed in. Would stay here again if Im ever lucky enough to come back to Dublin

We stayed at the Fitzwilliam Hotel for four days and had an incredible experience. From the very beginning, all staff on site was incredibly helpful and friendly. They brought our bags up to our room, walked us to our room, answered any and all of our questions, and were always available to help. We were impressed with the size of the room and style as well as the daily breakfast. Best of all, the hotel was centrally located which made our plans so easy to execute. We absolutely loved our time here and I would recommend it to anyone staying in Dublin! We booked through Costco Travel

During several of my recent stays,Upon check-in, I had several pieces of luggage, yet some of the older doormen did not come out to assist until I had already carried my bags to the entrance myself.
I noticed that some of the older doormen consistently had minimal eye contact or greeting. This occurred not only upon arrival for check-in but also each time I went out or returned to the hotel. Younger staff, however, were proactive and welcoming.
I have stayed at many five-star hotels, and this is the first time I have encountered such a lack of arrival service. For a hotel of this level, I would expect all staff to provide a consistently warm and professional welcome. I hope this feedback helps improve the guest experience.

You travel to the Fitzwilliam so you can walk from it - to Dublin City Centre. This is an excepțional property, overlooking Dublin's famous and most enjoyable St. Stephen's Green Public Park.
The Fitzwilliam is located on St. Stephen's Green, in the ❤️ of Dublin at the top end of Grafton Street beside the Stephen's Green Shopping Centre, and a stroll to Trinity College. Once you step inside there is an instant feeling of connection, encouraged with a genuine welcome of warmth instilled by a lovely friendliness, and authentic hospitality. Because of this feeling of connection - the Fitzwilliam is probably the friendliest hotel in Dublin.
Known locally as 'The Fitz' this 5 Star property has a connected team of generational professionals who bring energy, wisdom, skills with a perception for expectations, and a desire to welcome you as a guest - for a memorable stay. This approach compliments the beautiful redesign of this award winning property - with a tasteful layout capturing the perfect blend where tradition meets contemporary design, and functionality.
Home to the Michelin-starred 'Glovers Alley Restaurant' with head chef Andy McFadden, this is a showcase experience of style, taste and colour.

If your looking to stay in central Dublin then the Fitzwilliam would be a wonderful choice.
The hotel is modern, clean and situated perfectly off Grafton street with beautiful views of St. Stephen's Green park.
Ideal for couples, small families and even solo travelers.
Highly recommend if you're looking for a 5 star accommodation.

It was a toss up between here and the Shelbourne.
This place is amazing and it was the right choice.
The staff are nice.
The breakfast is efficient and delicious.
Everyone is happy to help you and they go out of their way.
Next time I will ask for a room with a city view - I suggest getting that if you can.
Regardless it was a great hotel and it so central. It is way less busy than the Shelbourne which is why I think it was the better choice for me. I wanted something more intimate - without weddings and a bunch of families and parties.
The drinks are great in the restaurant- the cocktails are really strong. The food is also great. I recommend the shrimp starter, clam chowder and fish and chips.
If I come back- I will stay at the same hotel.
Also, I lost my earbuds in this hotel. They found them, shipped it back to me for a super small fee ($15 ish) all the way to Canada and I did get them.
Only thing they need to work on- ensure clients get biscuits everyday in the room( they ran out on our second day). That my only problem- so it’s the best problem to have.
