The Cajun fries were fantastic as always, but the burger quality was disappointing compared to previous visits. Clearly generous with fries but the meat quality seemed to have dropped, and the bun was very soggy even opening it immediately after receiving it over the counter. I ordered a hamburger but was given a cheeseburger by mistake. It wasn't a major issue since I enjoyed my fries while waiting for the remake, but the overall quality of the burger was still a letdown. ​The store itself felt a bit disorganized—there didn't seem to be a manager on duty, and staff were juggling multiple roles without a clear focus on specific stations. The digital menu screen layout also appears to have changed, and the self-serve tap machine wasn't working. ​Lastly, staff on break were walking out of the kitchen in full uniform with food and drinks, making it hard to tell who was working and who was off duty. It would be much better if staff took off their aprons or work gear when on break so customers know who is available to help. Overall, the lack of organization and drop in burger quality really impacted the experience today. Staff very friendly mind you but just no real leadership. Finally, if calling out numbers I do agree that there should be some kind of board signalling what order is coming up especially for those who are hard of hearing.

Maybe is a brand thing . But not having Electronic display with the number order and people chauting. Is not good in perpective

Went here about a year ago, quickly got me hooked on Five Guys. Prices may seem high compared to other fastfood, but portions are unbeatable. The fries come in such large portions, that they don't feel like a side; could be the main course. A medium feels like an extra-large. You can refill your cup with a wide range of drinks, only pay for the cup itself. This is very appealing. Took less than ten minutes to get me and my friend our food, though even if the wait was long, I truly believe the wait is worth it. Staff are quiet but kind, so no complaints there either. Would come here again!

Filled up my bag of fries when ordered a small I love all the workers 𝑒𝑠𝑝𝑒𝑐𝑖𝑎𝑙𝑙𝑦 Khulsen he’s a very sweet waiter and made sure my friends and I had a great time!
