Five Guys in Swords

Outstanding. From the moment I walked in, I noticed how genuinely friendly the staff were with customers. When I approached the counter, I received excellent, professional service, and the food was absolutely delicious. The burger was the best I’ve ever had from a fast-food place. Five Guys has a great reputation, and this more than met expectations. I’ll definitely be back.

Good burguer but pricey for a fast food

I'd give more than 5 stars for service if possible. I've been there a couple of weeks ago with my baby and ordered just chips cause I'm on an allergen free diet. I've only realised while picking up my order that they use peanut oil for frying and confirmed that with the staff. I was ready to just leave the fries when one of the senior employees (Danielli ) came out to speak to me and offered a refund even though was my genuine mistake. I explained the diet situation and that I had no other options of what to eat and she offered to make me a burger wrapped in lettuce. She let me choose all the toppings I wanted that would be suitable for my diet and proceeded to make it asap and sent someone to bring it to me as I was sitting at the table with my baby. I cannot express how greatful I am for that gesture of kindness and understanding ❤️

First time to visit in swords and it was delicious. I really enjoyed the burger and chips. Milk shake was really nice too. Plenty of social distance and very enjoyable place to eat.

Not sure what the others are saying. Went here last night and had honestly had one of the best experiences I've had at a five guys. Burger was perfection with a juicy, crispy, and rich taste. Fries were very good as I'd expect. Milkshakes was also great. Hands to the head of kitchen and staff working today. This is a much better experience than an average burger I'd get from a fives guys. Only complaints is could be cleaner.
