Chopped

07/04/2025: I really like the winter bowl. Awesome food and good customer service. The staff is really nice and helpful.
21/03/2025: Anytime I am here everything is always perfect and the way I would like it. The staffs efforts to ensure that everything is clean is amazing. Their salads, rice bowls and açai menu is fantastic and beautifully presented in the shops front. The staffs efforts to ensure that all HACCAP guide lines are followed is superb. I will definitely recommend as the food, and staff is always on point. The price range is good too and quite affordable for a healthy menu selection.

McDonald's

27/03/2025: McDonald’s is one of the most well-known fast-food chains in the world, offering affordable meals, quick service, and a menu that appeals to all ages. Whether you’re craving a Big Mac, crispy fries, or a refreshing milkshake, McDonald’s has something for everyone. I recently visited a McDonald’s location to evaluate the food quality, service, cleanliness, and overall experience. Here’s my detailed review. Ambiance & Cleanliness Upon entering McDonald’s, I was greeted with a clean and modern environment. The restaurant was well-lit, and the seating area was spacious with a mix of booths, tables, and high-top counters. The self-service kiosks made ordering easy, reducing wait times. The cleanliness of the restaurant was impressive, with staff regularly wiping down tables and emptying trash bins. However, during peak hours, some tables had leftover trays, and the floor became slightly messy near the drink station. The restrooms were well-maintained, stocked with soap and paper towels, which is always a plus. Food Quality & Menu Variety McDonald’s menu offers a mix of classic favorites and new additions. I ordered a Big Mac, medium fries, and a Coca-Cola. The Big Mac was well-prepared, with two beef patties, fresh lettuce, pickles, onions, cheese, and the signature sauce. It tasted just as expected—savory, slightly tangy, and satisfying. The fries were served hot, crispy, and perfectly salted, making them one of the best fast-food fries available. McDonald’s fries are always a highlight, offering a great balance of crunch and fluffiness. My drink was refreshing, as McDonald’s fountain sodas often have a better taste due to their unique syrup-to-carbonation ratio. For dessert, I tried the Oreo McFlurry, a creamy vanilla soft-serve mixed with crushed Oreo cookies. The texture was smooth, and the cookies added a delicious crunch, making it a perfect sweet treat. Service & Speed McDonald’s is known for its fast service, and my visit was no exception. I placed my order at the self-service kiosk and received my food within five minutes. The staff was friendly and efficient, ensuring that my order was accurate. During busy hours, the service can slow down, especially in the drive-thru, where long lines sometimes cause delays. However, McDonald’s generally manages high traffic well by keeping multiple registers open and optimizing the drive-thru process. Pricing & Value for Money McDonald’s remains one of the most affordable fast-food options. The Value Meals and Dollar Menu (or equivalent) offer great deals, making it budget-friendly. While prices have increased slightly over the years, McDonald’s still provides good portions and quality for the price. Final Verdict Overall, McDonald’s continues to deliver a reliable and satisfying fast-food experience. The food is consistent, the service is quick, and the prices are reasonable. Whether you need a quick bite or a full meal, McDonald’s is always a solid choice. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5 Stars) Would I return? Absolutely!
15/03/2025: I was at McDonald's in the morning and while waiting for my food, I saw a female employee grabbing food with her bare hands without gloves and preparing it for further processing. Meanwhile, she threw something into the scythe and touched the top of the scythe and continued without washing her hands. When I asked if it was okay for her to hold the food she was preparing for further processing with her hands, I was told that it was in accordance with McDonald's regulations. Can someone explain to me what this regulation is about handling food with hands without gloves for further processing??? What kind of hygiene is that??? The first time I was here a few months ago, the floor was not swept - I understand that customers can make a mess, so I thought it was good that there were a lot of children there then. However, this is unacceptable in terms of hygiene.
