Amazing station highly cleanly and station is big and beautiful and you have very little sitting or waiting chairs in order to sit and wait. And train timing boards are at the main entrance and all the faculties are super helpful

If you're in Houston train station pop into the Galway Hooker Bar. Good food and a wonderful barman Kareem. Polite, entertaining and always a welcome smile.

The blonde woman at the reception box was very helpful today. I usually find Irish rail staff to be fairly unpleasant, so I was quite surprised to find someone friendly, knowledgeable, and competent. I hope they will find more like her!

Review from The Tax Raven ... Heuston is a brilliant Train Station in such an iconic and historical building. The people working here were very helpful and full of information about travelling within Ireland no matter where your final destination is ... brilliant services outside ( taxis, buses, the Luas ( trams )) ... it is basically linked to so many places and even has its own Information Office which is so helpful ... the. Staff are very helpful in particular if you have any type of mobility or medical issue ... plenty of Coffee shops including Brambles Cafe and The Galway Hooker inside for refreshments along with Public Toilets which are very clean and accessible ... overall a brilliant facility on the little Island of Ireland ...

Dublin's principal train station. Always busy, Easy to use as all platforms are visible from the check in concourse. Pay toilets and a few small shops/ coffee stands. Small bar leading to buffet style restaurant which is currently undergoing (April '25) long overdue refurbishment. It's housed in a beautiful classical building. Take some time to look up as you enter
