The Red Cow tram drops you off right at the train station. It's very easy and comfortable to navigate. Buy tickets in advance. The trains are beautiful and comfortable with clean toilets and tasty drinks and snacks. The train from Dublin to Cork was awesome.

I was for a couple of days in Dublin. Heuston station is a nice and clean station, there are toilets, some restaurants, not much sitting areas. The staff was very polite, when I asked for help with the tickets and other information, they explained everything to me. Also, I didn't notice delays at the scheduled departures.

We do like the station, loads of toilets, maybe bit more sitting areas and more comfortable seats would be much better, but not bad at all. Also would need few more restaurants with proper food to have. Dublin is a bit city so there should be done something in regard. Station is also clean.

The staff is very friendly and attentive to indicate and advise you without rushing.

It's a train station but very clean and tidy with food and coffee stops.

Great station. Lots of choices for food and snacks, expensive. Pretty cold in winter. Good toilets.
