Clean and well organized station. Staff are always willing and ready to help. You cant miss your connection because the projection is big enough for everyone to view the time,train and platform.

Be aware, sometimes the printed tickets don't work at the scanner getting on and off the platforms. You may need an attendants help getting through. Phone QR code seemed to work fine for everyone going through.

Went from Helston to Galway, got dropped right inside the station by the taxi, hardly any walk at all. The station isn’t huge but it did have a large variety of shops, food outlets and a bar within the station. Train was on time so a good experience all round.

Halfway House

03/05/2026: We held our dear mums funeral afters in the Mulberry, all the staff wore black out of respect, the food, service and staff were amazing. You made our hardest day much easier. Thank you to Chris , Dave & all the wonderful staff at the Halfway house. With kindness . Des McMahon.
01/05/2026: Ordered an Arrabiata, was so basic 😩. No garlic, zero chili and hardly any flavour. A big disappointment.
