Fabulous new boutique hotel in Dublin. Great central location. Rooms were beautifully appointed! The breakfast was also delicious with plenty of options and great service! Will definitely return!!

Rooms were a good size, freshly renovated so slight paint smell - but clean, cozy and comfortable! Hotel is aesthetically pleasing, small lobby but the cutest elevators! Staff were friendly and on the ball. Location is fabulous for walking to Temple Bar, Grafton St Shopping, St Stephen Green etc! Great restaurants + bars within a couple minutes walk. Would love to stay again.

Love this hotel . . The new look is fabulous but what I love most about this hotel is the friendly helpful staff . Thank you to Ann who is so friendly and kind to me and my daughter when we visit . Also Frank is simply the best waiter and goes out of his way to make sure our visit is simply the best .

Ea-Tea Coffee & Bubble Tea Bar

07/05/2025: They do a stunningly good cappuccino here. Add the warm and kind service, the proximity to a Luas stop and you have a must go to destination.
09/03/2025: I’ve been at Ea-Tea so many times and it’s one of my favourites bubble tea shops in Ireland. They have a lot of different and tasty flavours like brown sugar , coffee milk tea ( my favourite) , Dalgona , cocota etc. At this time I ordered the iced coconut latte which is so delicious and reminded me the coconut latte from Luckin coffee ( which is the best coconut latte I had in my life) in China 🥰🤤.

22/04/2025: We went for the Early Bird, plenty of selection, staff attentive yet not to fussy. Dublin Bus 🚌 leaves you about 50 meters from the restaurant if you are having alcohol . Only downside was not sure if there was MSG used. Will go back.Would advise booking to avoid disappointment.....
21/04/2025: Lovely place, lovely food, good service, expensive & noisy & cold when the front door would open or be left open & very limited parking
