AMAZING - wonderful Christmas night away, from start to finish. Situated in the middle of everything it is a terrific location, the staff are so friendly and accommodating and the room was clean with the most comfortable beds! Will definitely return.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 Stars — Outstanding Stay at Brooks Hotel We had a wonderful experience at the Brooks Hotel. The customer service was excellent from start to finish, and the rooms were spotless. Yara went above and beyond decorating our daughter’s room for her birthday — such a thoughtful touch! Francesca was incredibly friendly, and we really enjoyed chatting with Ruben when we dropped off our bags. The hotel’s central location made it easy to walk everywhere around Dublin. Overall, a fantastic stay. Highly recommend!

We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless and perfectly maintained—the rooms were immaculately clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with every detail taken care of. What really made our stay exceptional, though, was the staff. Every team member we encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to help, creating a genuinely welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel. A special mention must go to Alex L, who went above and beyond to look after us during our stay. Their attentiveness, warm personality, and dedication made us feel so well cared for—it’s rare to find service that personal and genuine. Thanks to Alex and the rest of the team, our experience was smooth, relaxing, and memorable from start to finish. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a mix of comfort, style, and outstanding service.

Service was extremely nice and accommodating. The place was nicely situated near allot of things and the decor was nice. Best shower of my trip. Worst bed of my trip. Edit: Changed my review to 4 stars due to the good response. To be fair, the bed might be nice for someone who enjoys firm beds.

Roger was the best . Friendly helpful entertaining. We will definitely go back to the brooks hotel to see Roger. Hotel was great nice rooms close to everthing bar restaurant. Everyone was sweet but Roger was awesome. We came from USA michigan. Love Ireland

Good hotel in the city center. There are good restaurants nearby. On weekends there are quite a lot of vacationers on the street. We lived in a room on the second floor with a view of the courtyard of office buildings and the air conditioners outside the window were constantly making noise, it was difficult to sleep.

Had a very nice two nights stay here. Centrally located in the northside of Dublin and on a street filled with busy bars down the street yet somehow very quiet at night. Rooms were comfortable, breakfast buffet was the best of the four hotels we stayed in Dublin and London. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

This was the first stop in our Ireland Honeymoon, and it set the tone for the rest of our trip! The location? Perfect. The staff? One in a million. Huge shout out to Alec (incroyable hospitalité) and the lovely ladies who work the breakfast! Their recommendations and insights were spot on, and we are already planning a return trip!
