Very unique atmosphere... in that they don't have lights! Good vibe and definitely a bit different. Worth a stop if in the area. Didn't eat here but the pizza looked good. Do a pizza and a line deal for €21

Our first night in Ireland and we had the best pizza and drinks at Frank Ryan's. The staff was wonderful and the atmosphere was perfect! We will definitely return if we are in the area again. Thank you!

Dropped in on the way to Heuston, first time , just after 4pm . So pleasantly surprised , once I got accustomed to the lighting!! Full of fascinating pictures, signs & memorabilia. Hubby ordered pint & pizza €20, from a very courteous young man . .. hubby gave pint 👍 & the pizza was so delicious, the best I ever had .. I asked for glass of water, no problems there. All in all a very pleasant hour .. we will be back

Great pub, fantastic jazz on Thursdays and one of the most reasonably priced pints in the city! Gabby and Sonny are such good bartenders, super attentive, hard workers and good craic. Recommend!

Wonderful vegan pizza, and the staff were really nice about no one ordering drinks. If you're going just get tap water, they dont mind you doing that. Its basically a non alcoholic pub. Also no reservation needed for large groups, just rock up and enjoy!

22/08/2025: I really enjoyed my lunch here. There was a good choice of main courses. My chicken curry was tasty & the cabbage was great too. The Warbler & Wren coffee was delicious. If you bring your own mug of cofeee you get a 10% discount. It's very economical compared with many eateries in the vicinity, The dinning area is extensive and I enjoyed talking to some students eating lunch with me.

09/08/2025: I’ve had countless burgers from, this place - it’s the takeaway I order most. The food is amazing but dear god FIX THE WEBSITE. Literally every time I order it’s like undergoing some kind of severe mental torture. The website often displays the restaurant as “not delivering” even when it is, or says that it is, and upon filling up your basket them doesn’t allow you to order. Nearly every time I use it there’s some kind of issue, and I say this as someone eating these delicious burgers for years. Please fix your broken website, first world problems and all but it shouldn’t be this hard to get a few burgers and chips delivered
21/06/2025: There was a mistake on our order but Mariana went above and beyond to get it right. Really appreciate it as we love these burgers.. The guys in the kitchen were struggling with so many orders coming in, so very easy mistakes can happen..
