Full Moon Thai Restaurant is an absolute gem! The flavours are so authentic, they instantly transported me back to Thailand, where I travelled last year. Every dish has that perfect balance of spice, sweetness, and freshness, just like the real deal. The curries are rich, the herbs are fragrant, and the presentation is spot on. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff really add to the experience, making it feel like a mini escape to Thailand. Whether you love bold, spicy dishes or more subtle, comforting options, there’s something here for everyone. I highly recommend it if you're looking for genuine Thai cuisine. It’s now at the top of my list whenever I want a taste of Thailand, and I’ll definitely be returning soon!

Dining at Full Moon Thai Restaurant in Dublin felt like being transported straight to Thailand. The flavors are authentic, bold, and wonderfully spicy – a real treat for anyone who loves genuine Thai cuisine. The menu offers a great mix of meat and seafood dishes, and every bite was perfectly balanced with rich spices and aromas. I especially loved the soups – warming, full of depth, and packed with flavor – and the mango sticky rice dessert was the perfect sweet finish. Portions are generous, and there’s plenty of choice for anyone who enjoys adventurous food combinations. The staff were so welcoming, polite, and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. Booking a table is very easy through their website, and the atmosphere in the restaurant is cozy yet vibrant. If you’re looking for a real taste of Thailand in Dublin, this is the place to go!

Came to have Brunch with friends.. Staff welcomed us well and arranged table .. Ordered Pla lui suan, Tom yum soup, Toong tong and Goong chob paeng tod as initial course with Pad thai... Had to wait for 15+ minutes and they came with all dishes at same time... A bit disappointed as the food was not at all hot.. taste was okay , didn't feel special.. only the dumplings tasted better... Finally ordered mango sticky rice with vanilla ice cream , which is recommended and we really enjoyed the dessert..

After ten days of eating their food with burgers, pizza, and fish and chips, we wanted to try something different. It was a good choice. We had to wait a bit at the entrance because it was really busy. The service was very busy, but it wasn't a problem. The food was delicious and definitely good value for money. The acoustics in the restaurant aren't that great, but as older people, I think we're more sensitive to that than the younger crowd. It was almost exclusively young people in the restaurant.

This place was only a 4 min walk from my hotel, so I decided to check it out. I'm so happy I did. The service was fast and friendly. The food arrived quickly. The portion of masaman curry was huge and included a generous side of rice at no extra charge (many Asian restaurants in the area charge separately for rice). I also noted that a Coke Zero here was 1 to 1.50 Euros cheaper than other restaurants around the area for same size. I should add that the food was just as good, if not better, than I had in several Thai cities. My best dining experience in Dublin.

Had dinner whilst on holiday. It was close to closing time but they still sat us & didn't rush us. Food was lovely & they have Singha beer on draught which is one of my favourite beers & rare to find on tap.

Griolladh

11/09/2025: The toasties are amazing, full of flavour, you can ordered the signatures or create one with their ingredients. You can eat there or take away. Definitely you should go and try for yourself
07/09/2025: If you ever want to test the limits of human patience, visit Gorillah. I ordered a simple toastie. That was 45 minutes ago. In that time, the 10 staff crammed into a closet-sized kitchen have: - Watched TikTok. - Made sandwiches for themselves. - Ate said sandwiches with the smug satisfaction of people who know they are actively ignoring your existence. - Gone out on errands for their entire extended families. And finally, after what felt like a full geological era, I received my meal. Plastic cheese on Brennan’s bread. Expensive, sad, and tasting like the universe was mocking me personally. I’ve had better meals out of vending machines. Honestly, Gorillah is less a café and more a performance art piece in inefficiency, incompetence, and general disdain for paying customers. I’ve been personally insulted, starved, and financially wounded all in one sitting. If you’re considering going, just ask yourself: do I enjoy being ignored, overcharged, and fed something that tastes like regret? If the answer is yes, congratulations, Gorillah is your Mecca. For everyone else: stay home, make a sandwich yourself, and save your soul.
