Service: Very good, very attentive, professional, well-trained
Atmosphere: Pleasant
Other guests: Tourists, as expected in Temple Bar, which brings with it some strange dress and behavior that you wouldn't expect at this price level.
Food: The medium-rare T-bone steak was one of the best we've ever enjoyed. We've had equally good ribeye and fillet steak elsewhere and at home (Metrofleisch). Furthermore, all the cuts had (too) pronounced roasted flavors for our palates. The cooking times were all perfect.
The side dishes were all homemade (exemplary), and the potato wedges really stood out (yes, it sounds strange, but it's true).
The desserts were delicious.
Overall, it was to be expected for the price, but also appropriate. Especially considering the "tourist" menu, it was fine.
What we missed: homemade bread or something similar with, for example, butter or something similar as an "amuse-gueule." The meal actually began with the courses.
Unfortunately, the espresso probably wasn't from a portafilter machine.

The service and atmosphere were excellent. The staff truly knew their job and were attentive and professional. Everything was clean and well-presented.
I ordered the ribeye steak medium cooked, but it felt quite tough when eating. Both cutting and chewing were difficult. I’m sure I was slicing against the grain, yet it was still really tough. For a medium doneness, it also seemed slightly undercooked to me. Unfortunately, I left about half of it on my plate.
Thankfully, I had the chance to try the ribeye on the bone and the fillet as part of sharing dishes, and they were much more flavorful. The sides were also very tasty; the organic leaf salad, chestnut mushrooms, and mashed potatoes are definitely worth trying. As a starter, the short rib nugget was nice. The bone marrow, however, was disappointing, as it mostly tasted of onions.
We went there to celebrate a birthday, and it was a lovely gesture for them to serve dessert with a candle at the end of the meal. Overall, it was a great experience — apart from the tough ribeye.

Partiamo dal caffè: un espresso eccezionale! Carne squisita, morbida e saporita, contorni appetitosi, dolce delizioso. Camerieri molto gentili, che dire, un'ottima cena in un'atmosfera accogliente in un locale tradizionale. Consigliato!

Ich habe meinen Geburtstag hier verbracht und hatte einen wirklich tollen Abend mit hervorragendem Essen und einer guten Flasche Wein.
Wir hatten Austern, das Filet für Zwei, einen Nachtisch zum Geburtstag aufs Haus, einen Whiskey und Irish Coffee als Absacker. Alles war wirklich ausnahmslos sehr lecker und auf den Punkt gebracht. Die Bedienung war sehr nett und äußerst aufmerksam. Auch das Ambiente war wirklich toll!
Vielen Dank für dieses schöne, besondere Geburtstagsdinner. :)
Große Empfehlung! Reservierung unumgänglich!
