F.X. Buckley in Dublin

I had a ribeye, medium rare. Was perfect.

We went to FX Buckley for a celebratory dinner on our last evening in Ireland. Host was polite and our table was ready on time. The food was cooked to our liking and taste. While the waiter wasn’t friendly - he was competent. Our food came out hot. The ambiance was good and not too loud - it was easy to converse during the meal.

I visit the place about 5 time in the last 10 years and I should always expect the best meat at a perfection of cooking per my request. Last time - a very good meat but instead of Mr, it was M to even more and the meat surface was too burn. The rest of the guests enjoyed every dish.

Absolutely amazing steaks, this location is a short stroll from their sister establishment Bull & Castle and offers much more compact experience with similar selection of cuts. Great wine list with some solid options available by glass through Coravin.

Exceptionally high quality and superb service. The restaurant is charmingly decorated, but tables are a bit scarce and it can get noisy because of the limited space. But I keep coming back because the steak is so fantastic.

Just like every other FX Buckey, this one did not disappoint! Great service and atmosphere and the food never ever fails. Always a ribeye and fillet for us, they are just a must!!

Mi reciente visita a este asador fue una delicia de principio a fin. El entrante de médula ósea fue un placer indulgente, rico, mantecoso y perfectamente condimentado, preparando el escenario para el evento principal. El filete ribeye era nada menos que la perfección, medio cocido con una corteza hermosamente abrasada y derretido - en - su - ternura de la boca.
