F.X. Buckley in Dublin

Fantastic dinner on St. Patrick’s Day. Food was phenomenal, service was great all throughout the meal with the exception of it being extremely difficult to get our check. After finishing our after dinner drink, we weren’t checked on for over 30 minutes, and I tried multiple times to flag our server down, and finally was able to after a long time. Just a nitpick, the experience was great overall! We will be back!

Had such a lovely meal here. Definitely worth a visit.

This was the best meal I had EVER. 🤪 I’ve been on this earth 28 years and this was the first I DROOLED with my boys. 🤤Went for Derek’s 30th birthday and HE PAID! 3️⃣0️⃣ WOW 🤩 I will recommend to anyone who likes that meat 🥩 butter 🧈 and booze 🍷. See you soon! 🥳

In Ireland visiting. Big bonus this year. BIIIG. decided to celebrate with the boys at this restaurant. Incredible wine, steak, service. Best part is, i didn’t even spend my bonus (BIG) - my buddy paid and it was his birthday L O L

Beautiful environment! Very warm, welcoming and elegant. Excellent meat! It exceeded all our expectations! Tender, succulent and cooked to perfection. Very kind and efficient staff. I recommend to everyone!

Nice atmosphere. They bring out the raw steaks on a plank for you to inspect and state that they are all Irish and grass fed/finished. I went for a t-bone, it was pretty good but not amazing, I was expecting it to be abit bigger/thicker for the price. The fried onions were good, the salad was abit dissapointing.

📍I chose this restaurant after extensive research to find the best steakhouse in which to have an authentic Irish meat tasting experience. Buckley is a certainty, whether you choose the restaurant in the Temple Bar area or the one in Christ Church you will not regret it. We have Chosen the first historic venue, well furnished and welcoming, few seats so booking absolutely necessary. We tasted the best TBone of our life! Cooked medium-raw the meat was butter 😍, it melted in your mouth. The meat is served with a sauce of your choice and a side dish of your choice. Don't think you're spending little to eat meat 🥩, as it should be and as in any country you pay for quality. But you absolutely won't regret it. Accompany everything with a nice red (the wines start from around 38) there is an extensive wine list from all over the world. 🌍

A mi hija le encantaba el Rib Eye. Mi lomo en el hueso también era bueno. Los lados son todos sabrosos, y hay un montón de opciones. Sin embargo, el plato de pescado de mi esposa fue decepcionante. El fletán en sí era bueno, pero ella pensó que la base del pesto era insípida. No es barato, pero lo sabíamos. De antemano. Sólo ve si a todos les gusta el bistec. El vino era particularmente caro, también.

Visité el viernes por la noche para mi cumpleaños de maridos. El restaurante es precioso y el personal muy amable. Me encantó que el camarero viniera y mostrara cada corte de carne. Elegí el filete y el puré de papas con las cebollas crujientes de cajún. Fue fantástico. Mi marido tenía el filete Ribeye con patatas fritas y médula ósea jus. Dijo que era el mejor ojo costal que ha tenido. Las bebidas y el vino eran geniales. Tuvimos una noche encantadora. Estábamos demasiado llenos para los desiertos. Muy recomendable y no puedo esperar para volver.
