Gaillot Et Gray in Dublin

We were here for a quick beer and snack before an event in the area. We had 2 beers, the nibble and flatbread with garlic and chilli. The bread and olive oil are amazing! Reservations are recommended on the weekend as the place seems to be quite small and popular. We were lucky to get a table at the bar without a reservation as we arrived before the typical dinner time.

They have delicious things. Their sandwiches and bakes are epic, and their coffees are made with skill. The staff always welcomes me with a warm smile, and it’s really cozy inside. Highly recommended 🙂👍🏻

Definitely recommend making a reservation especially on the weekends as I was just able to nab the last spot at the window bar. Pizzas are generous in size so if you are going solo make a plan for the leftovers if possible!

Gran bistró / pizzería local. Sus pizzas están entre las mejores que he probado y sus pasteles / pan / sándwiches todos igualmente buenos. Encantado de vivir cerca. Y nunca me han decepcionado.
