Food was Good. Service was terrible, they will have to actually try training their staff. Simple things were done badly: bartending was bad, I was even handed a Guinness that had been drank from by someone else by the bartender; servers snapping at reasonable requests from nearby customers. It's actually bad management really because they should enaure staff are trained. The pricing is ridiculous for a hotel of it's quality. Plenty room to improve.

Me and my bf stayed here April 22nd for my birthday. Everything was amazing, the staff was super friendly but one in particular stuck out to us with her super calm, down to earth demeanor. Matilde is such a lovely girl, who made such a good impression on us, we still talk about how amazing she was months later! She is the perfect example of a server, super friendly service on the floor and off the floor! Give that woman a raise!

Super nice hotel, food is quite good. Some of the staff are weirdly rude and intense.

One of our favourite venues around! We also got married here and couldn’t fault a thing from start to finish. A huge thank you to Garry for always accommodating us - he is absolutely brilliant! Some of the best views of the Shannon but service lacks a lot! Referring to restaurants did not stay in hotel.

What a gem this place is. The perfect spot for a family break without compromising style and comfort for the adults. The place is beautiful. The rooms are huge. We spent two nights here after exploring the ring of kerry and it was the perfect way of breaking up the trip before flying back from Dublin. Only wished we had gone here before heading West as well. The outdoor heated pool was wonderful, the boats on the lake and the fairy trail were a huge highlight with the kids, the spa and heated tubs were a great treat for us. We had all our meals and drinks at the hotel and they were fantastic. Lots of options for the kids too. We are already thinking of going back for a few extra days this time around.

We are just back after two nights at glasson with my friend and her daughter and my son it was there first time there they loved it I’ve be a few times and it never disappoints so much to do for everyone we done the archery which is recently new it was brilliant all the staff are lovely big thanks to Niamh for always looking after us and Greg for looking after us with our activity’s it’s my favourite hotel thanks again
