Was there was a Christianing stuff where amazing nothing was a bother food was top class and not that expensive either

This thatched roofed, pup is oozing atmosphere and charm. The grandkids were welcomed and challenged to do all the puzzles on their own and brought plenty of colored pencils to make that happen. They devoured the kids pasta and the daily roast and a pitcher of tropical thunder juice. Our fish and chips was great as was the lamb burger special and the goat cheese salad. The beer drinkers in the group rated the Guinness as a great pour!

Went in this morning 11ish, Pub was lovely and warm and the lady/waitress was very welcoming. Ordered the full Irish... think it was just under €16 with tea and toast included.. worth every cent! Everything tasted fresh and was cooked perfectly..Well done The Glenside for not throwing up the usual muck!! Would definitely recommend and will be back..

Great staff , food , service and Guinness (especially in the bar). highly recommended for a pint of food with the family. Something for everyone including coeliacs

Went in for a pint with a friend and sat at the bar which was fine at first until i seen the dynamic between a barman and the rest of the staff. The lounge staff, which were so lovely seemed on edge talking with one particular bar man who was all smiles while serving us. In the past I've met people who worked here and spoke about a barman who was rude to his staff but brushed it off until I noticed it myself during my time here. He had a severe attitude problem with these young people who were just trying to make a living. Made the experience awkward and I would rather not support this buisness if that's how they treat staff.

A very good pub from a breakfast, lunch or dinner. Friendly staff, good food and a nice atmosphere. We met friends for both breakfast and dinner here. Car park to the back. Book a table in advance.
