The Discovery Menu created by Adam Nevin and his team is almost culinary perfection. The appetizers set the tone for an evening of the very best in fine dining, absolutely delicious. The scallop dish was so fresh and tasty, just delicious. The Dublin coddle was quite disappointing, lacking in the flavors of a good coddle. The Veal sweetbreads were the highlight of the evening, beautifully cooked, packed with flavor, just delightful. The Lobster came a very close second, again beautifully cooked and delicious flavours on the palate. The sixty day aged beef was again very disappointing, all the more so as it came from our own local butcher who supplies the best beef money can buy, but this dish, though again packed with flavour was tough and very chewy. The deserts were wonderful and the pastry chef presented an elegant and very refreshing selection of mouthwatering dishes. At these prices, I would expect and like a nice crisp tablecloth and not a bare wood table. We really enjoyed the warm, friendly and informative service. An excellent team. We look forward to dining here soon again.

We so enjoyed our meal recently in Glovers Alley. The staff, Martina, Jonathan and Dylan were so welcoming, professional and friendly! We had the Classic Menu. I couldn't say what my favourite course was because each course excelled and was delicious. The chef, Adam, is so innovative and talented. We felt it was one of the best meals of our lives,i f not the best! Will we be back? Most definitely!
