When we arrived, despite staff passing by/at till/grabbing menus, etc, we were not engaged with, even with a 'somebody will be with you'. It made us feel uncomfortable and not knowing what to do. Then when eventually someone tended, they went to people who had come in after us first... a simple asking who was first or anything. Just some attention needed at door I suggest.
Food was wrap & super salad. Tasty as always. Food was out fast and on point. No cutlery on table prior to food arriving, no h20 ever arrived, coffees were tasty but arrived after food. No acknowledgement that error had been made. Again, paid bill at till and went out door. Again, nobody said thank you, good bye or anything. It was really an issue tbh & service needs attention, in my opinion. Price is at the higher end & as a result, the equivalent level of service is expected.
Location is fabulous, sat outside.

The waiter took 5e service charge.the meal was chicken curry 16.95 and that's all I had,and all I was prepared 2 pay 4. But when paying, she said there was a service charge if there was a group of more than
8,which I was a part of.The sevice was poor.only 1 small bottle of water on a group table,had 2 keep asking 4 more water. So a waiter get over 40e tips if more than 8 people at a table,and service was bad.Food good.Not pleased with then forcing me with d tips.It is not compulsory in Ireland.

Food is great, portions are huge, and lovely relaxed and easy atmosphere. Best thing is the service though. Specifically Chosen/Chowzine (spelling?) our wonderful waitress, who couldn’t have been more courteous, accommodating and kind. My 7 year old daughter adored her and only wants to go there in future.

Love,love love this place! Everything is in a high level- the service , all the staff is so friendly and helpful, the food is delicious , the atmosphere and location, even design are brilliant! Highly recommend!!!

Menu for brunch was full of variety, we got the pancakes and they were so fluffy and light, full of flavour. Absolutely recommend. The staff were hostile at time to be honest but it was very busy so they were running around nonstop
