I need to share my gratitude for this place! Today, I had one of the best burgers of all time! I have to thank Fernando from Brazil and Carlos from Argentina for their excellent service and genuine care for great customer experience. Thank you, and may there be more people like you!

I am a business traveler, and this has been my go-to-hotel for several years. Decent location. There is a pub in the same building thus very convenient to have light drinks before going to bed :) Also, they renovated few years back (don't remember exactly) and it things are much nicer now. (In the past, even if it was a non-smoking room, I could smell some smokes :( But no more issues like this anymore). The only thing I am missing is their bathtubs which has been all replaced with the (modern) shower booth. But for the price range, I'd give the full five stars (even if this is not a 5 stars hotel :) )

Good value for money. Room with all the benefits. Comfortable bed with several cushions. Good location, you can walk to the center (approx. 20 minutes), and you have a train or bus station in front of the hotel. The service was correct.

Very clean hotel, located in a quiet area of ​​Dublin. The rooms are spacious and modern. They offer wonderful views of the stadium. The service is friendly and attentive, which answered all our questions during our stay. The breakfast is delicious and offered a great quantity and quality of food. If I had to comment something negative, it is about the location, since although it is in a quiet and pleasant area to visit, it is very far from the center of Dublin (about 30 minutes walk).

Stayed here for new years eve on there new years eve package. e129 per person for bed breakfast 4 course meal n music. To say from the time we checked in until the minute we checked out we had a fabulous time is an understatement. The staff where lovely the rooms where gorgeous the food was amazing n the entertainment was fantastic location was ideal. A shout out to Hugo who served our table ther wer 9 of us he was so lovely n patient (he needed to be) lol also Maria fox the singer and her friend who accompanied her u wer both fabulous. Thank you to all the staff u wer all so nice n helpful. We already enquired about booking next new yrs eve. We will definitely be back.

Overnighted here previously, but not this tome. Lovely hotel. Convenient location close to Barrow Street DART station. Conference facility was in basement. No sence of clostraphobia. Had lovely lunch in Bistro bar. Soup, wrap and chips and coffee for under €30.

Hotel is a lovely place, clean tidy and well set up. Food is excellent. Has what you would expect from a star hotel. The thing that makes this hotel extra special is the staff, very friendly, helpful and happy. I appreciate you may say thats the Irish way but 95% of the staff aren't irish.. We will definitely stay here again..
