The spice bag is my go-to favourite. Their service is amazing and the counter is friendly

I’m pretty sure the food would have been good. But it arrived 2.5 hours after we ordered and by then was cold. Despite repeated calls a to the restaurant, all we received was an apology and a promise that it was ‘on the way’. I would expect a full refund at this point, and hope that they will do so. If they come through, I will happily adjust my rating because I know that the food delivery business can be overwhelming at times. Fair enough. UPDATE. the restaurant did indeed provide a full refund. So, fair enough. Things can go wrong. So I have adjusted my overall rating from 1 to 3 stars. Willing to try again sometime.
