Grounded in Dublin

Staff was fantastic. The place is nice but cannot understand why they do not have tables. I had an excellent flat white... but for 5 euros! Not even in Greystones I pay so much for a coffee. No wonder why it is always empty.

The breakfast wasn’t a hit for me and was underwhelming. We ordered two Lattes in coconut milk (one with Vanilla syrup), one chocolate croissant and 2 chicken & filling sandwiches. The croissant arrived cool — more fridge-chilled than freshly baked — and didn’t have that crisp, flaky texture or buttery aroma you look forward to in the morning. The chicken & filling sandwich was pre-prepared and was grilled to serve. I noticed no sauces in the filing and expecting it to be really dry but surprisingly it wasn’t. That said, the flavor just didn’t click for me, and it’s not something I’d order again. Our coffees were just okay, tasted too milky even with coconut milk and the syrup didn’t help lift the flavour either.

Best Australian style flat white I've had in all england and Ireland. Delicious and smooth. Also comes in a larger size which is very australian but not available anywhere else. Highly highly recommend. Quick too and delicious pastries.

The coffee here is lovely. I always ask for mine extra hot and it will stay hot for at least half an hour. The sandwiches are really tasty and there is a good selection. Their sausage rolls are delicious and very filling. Treats are really good too. The staff are always very friendly so it creates a lovely atmosphere.

Contemporary gem in Clonskeagh! Great selection of pastries and Toasties. Pine Cone roasters is the house bean, very nice too. Only negative, negligible at that, was the chairs, tables and floor areas had left over food lying around and there was no sign of staff cleaning happening during our 45 minutes here. Will definitely return for coffee.

This cafe has become a neighbourhood favourite, the team are so friendly and make an unreal matcha, one of the best in Dublin in my opinion. Love how dog friendly they are and that they have local ads up.
