Popular. Efficient service. It was nearly full indoors and outside ( a good sign). Outdoor seating is now no smoking which is excellent.

Lovely place. Such a shame the outdoor terrace feels it's turned into a smoking area recently. It's a real turn off for customers

Decent coffee. There was abit of a rush on when I visited but some of the staff were dealing with it well. However one of the baristas decided to make and hand out free coffees to her friends who went straight to the front whilst other paying customers patiently looked on in disbelief.

Best coffee, best staff! Love the sandwiches and overnight oats. Iced lattes are a slay. Also dog friendly 🐕 Edit: I'd LOVE if you could open at 7, I would stop off here before my bus/luas in the morning for my coffee!!

The Queens Bar

01/08/2026: This is one of the few places where, over the years, they have not taken advantage of their fame and popularity, by screwing their patrons. They still have really tasty good food at reasonable prices. The drinks are not overpriced and we just happened to be blessed by the beautiful weather where we sat out, thoroughly enjoyed it, and would thoroughly recommend it.
01/08/2026: Great ambience, incredibly friendly staff and great food. They were lovely and welcoming to our toddler. Highly recommend this place.

04/09/2026: Wonderful unique bright clean fab decor restaurant coffee shop. Close to Mater Hospital on Berkely Road.....beautiful outdoor back garden terrace. Full of colourful flower baskets ...A wee Oasis of peace... Owners Eumitru and ECaterina very welcoming and pleasant. A real find.... excellent price good food great coffee amazing delicious home made cakes baked by C...whether for breakfast lunch or coffee its one of the best finds in this area. Outside seating view of the lovely trees garden of the Berkely Road Church..
19/08/2026: Amazing selection and display of cakes and sandwiches. I didn't see the menu but I saw they serve good hot food too.
