Really informative tour and tasting. Fascinating history, marketing over the years, cask making and brewing processes. Guinness is a polarizing drink in my opinion, but I'm not a stout lover. Tour is a 10/10.

My husband and I recently did the Guinness Connoisseur Experience, and it was hands-down amazing! If you want to elevate your trip beyond the standard self-guided tour, this is the way to do it. Combining exclusive rare tastings with the sprawling exhibits of the main Storehouse made for a truly unforgettable afternoon. ​Highlights of the Experience ​Our guide, Keith, was simply fantastic—full of incredible knowledge, engaging, and made the experience the absolute best. We got to sample a variety of different, rare, and experimental Guinness brews that you can't find just anywhere. ​We learned the exact technique of how to expertly pour a proper pint of Guinness. ​The Storehouse Tour: After the tasting, we toured around the rest of the Guinness Storehouse. It was really cool to learn all about the intricate process of making Guinness and seeing how the brand has grown across the entire world. ​Good people, good beer, and a remarkably fun group made the atmosphere lively and welcoming from start to finish. ​Final Verdict ​5/5 Stars. Guinness is already famously tasty, but getting to try rare and experimental varieties in an intimate setting took it to a whole level. If you are heading to Dublin, do yourself a favor and book this experience—good people, amazing beer, and a great time are guaranteed! (And if you get Keith as your guide, you're in for an absolute treat!)

I honestly don’t understand why the Guinness Open Gate Brewery isn’t on more Dublin must-visit lists. It’s free to enter, you can see a little bit of the brewery, and most importantly, the experimental beers on tap were AMAZING. Don’t just automatically order a regular Guinness here — definitely try some of the experimental taps! I especially loved the orange-cardamom beer and the pickle sour. The food was also delicious, and everyone working there was incredibly friendly and kind. Such a great experience overall. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
