Really nice little café with a good selection of teas and coffees ☕️🍃 The friendly staff are happy to help you pick something if you’re not sure what to go for. I had tea and cake, both delicious and well made. The place has a warm, cosy feel and it’s an easy spot to sit and relax for a bit.

I love the variety of coffee beans. The Irish Cream coffee beans Americano was lovely, very different to the usual. Cinnamon beans flat white was nice. I tried the chicken sandwich- it was nice. Just a standard pre packed sandwich that was toasted. Though a great deal of- a coffee & sandwich for 11e. Fabulous price considering the quality of coffee and location. Cannot comment on cakes but they looked great! Cosy space upstairs to sit and relax.

This café is a truly pleasant and inviting place, with a cozy atmosphere that makes you want to slow down and stay a little longer. A perfect setting for a relaxed break. The cinnamon roll is outstanding—soft and moist on the inside, beautifully balanced in flavor, and with just the right touch of cinnamon that truly lives up to its name. It’s the kind of pastry that feels both comforting and refined. However, the real highlight is the sensory experience it offers. Being able to explore the aromas from jars of coffee beans and tea blends, choosing them on the spot, is incredibly enjoyable. It transforms a simple visit into something much more immersive. This is a place that engages all the senses—delighting the palate with its flavors, pleasing the eye with its aesthetic, and most notably captivating the sense of smell with a rich diversity of aromas.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this lovely café and enjoyed a beautifully made flat white. The coffee was smooth and perfectly balanced, and they also offer a great selection of teas and specialty coffees to purchase. Their artisan sandwiches and delicious desserts were equally impressive—fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. Overall, it’s a fantastic spot with a warm atmosphere, and I’d highly recommend it

The Tram Cafe Clonmel Street

01/04/2026: Hands down the best banana bread in Dublin!!! I always order it with a hot chocolate 😋Btw the staff are super friendly, they already know what I like to order!
27/03/2026: Tram Cafe in Clonmel St. is a hidden gem next to Iveagh Gardens. I really enjoy the coffee there as well as their selection of treats and cakes. They also offer light breakfast and lunch meals but the most impressive is their staff, everyone is really nice and friendly with professional attitude. Highly recommended.
