Gushi Asian Bar & Restaurant in Dublin

Since it just opened, the interior was clean and comfortable. I ate a generous portion of red/white soup with half-and-half broth, vegetable platter, mushrooms, fish cakes, beef and lamb, etc., and it seems to cost about 30 euros per person. I'm not sure of the exact cut of beef, but it was a cut that didn't have a lot of fat. The lamb definitely went better with the hotpot broth. They provide good broth refills from time to time, and it's nice that wet wipes are provided at each seat.

Great restaurant to enjoy authentic Chengdu style hotpot. Variety of meats and dishes made from top level chefs to satisfy Chinese or Western tastes

People from Sichuan and Chongqing are advised to give up. The butter pot looks scary, but it has no aroma at all. However, the dishes are still fresh, and the Thousand Layer Belly is good.

Went there with my wife first experience of hot pot won't be the last. Great atmosphere friendly efficient staff and wonderful ambience. Food amazing something for everyone the presentation was excellent and very competitive. Was a fun experience and would be great to share with friends and family. Good bonding experience for colleagues or business associates.

Went here for a birthday meal last night. The staff were fantastic, really friendly and accommodating! The food was excellent.

Finally an authentic Hotpot in Ireland, although pricy for some items on the menu. However it was far better than hotpot i’ve ever had in Ireland so far
