Since it opened recently, the interior was clean and pleasant.
We had a generous portion of red and white broth, along with a vegetable platter, mushrooms, fish cakes, beef, and lamb. I think it cost about 30 euros per person. I'm not sure which cut of beef I chose, but it was lean. The lamb definitely paired better with the hot pot broth.
They refilled the broth frequently, and I liked that they provided wet wipes at each seat.
Sichuan and Chongqing people advise against it. The beef oil pot looks intimidating, but it has no fragrance at all. However, the dishes are fresh and the thousand-layer tripe is good.
Went there with my wife first experience of hot pot won't be the last. Great atmosphere friendly efficient staff and wonderful ambience. Food amazing something for everyone the presentation was excellent and very competitive. Was a fun experience and would be great to share with friends and family. Good bonding experience for colleagues or business associates.
Finally an authentic Hotpot in Ireland, although pricy for some items on the menu. However it was far better than hotpot i’ve ever had in Ireland so far
