The waiters are always so nice and kind. Saturdays can get crazy busy but they always provided super service even under immense stress. The hotpot is always nice but it’s the service that make this place stand out!

Excellent food, staff are very friendly and the karaoke room is so much fun, would definitely recommend! I already been a couple times for the karaoke and the hot pot and BBQ upstairs and will definitely be coming back :)

17/12/2025: By far the best Italian in Ireland!! My fiancé and I went to Gigi’s last night for a last minute dinner out. Even though the place was packed, the owner went out of his way to fit us in and thank god he did because this is by far the best Italian restaurant in Ireland!! The food was absolutely perfect and the service was flawless. We live out in swords and we will definitely be making the commute regularly to eat here. This place is a must try for all Italian lovers

06/02/2026: From day one, this was our number one pub in Dublin. We expected less but got so much more. The past decades greet you as soon as you step inside. The staff are very polite and friendly with everyone and can tell you a lot about this place. Raise your glasses! Sláinte!
