Haoliland Cakes in Dublin

Small Asian bakery business with a lot of outlandish offerings, squarely aimed at the immigrant market, and fairly puzzling to the occasional European drifting in. I recommend the glutinous rice cakes, as well as the buns with a red bean paste filling. Might not be everybody's taste, but certainly well made and scrumptious. Atmosphere? None, it is a basic shop, and the location on the South Quays is often hectic and crowded.

The cakes are absolutely beautiful and totally worth the price. My mother is a baker and she was astounded at their beautiful work. Their services are also spectacular! I needed to travel to Kilkenny for my birthday and asked if I could get the cake earlier and they were super accommodating. I would 100% recommend this place and will be telling all of my friends about the beautiful cakes at this bakery and amazing customer service. I took a few pictures of the place as I was collecting my cake.
