Harbour Bar in Dublin

We drank half a pint of beer and soaked up the local atmosphere. The staff are very friendly. What I can't understand is why you can't order food at eight o'clock on a Saturday? Because the kitchen is closed. Guys... learn to earn money. It's a bright evening outside. Tourists are walking from establishment to establishment to buy food, but there's nothing. This is, of course, terrible... but it's not just this pub. That's why I still give it a five.

A very cozy local pub, nice and fast service. A pleasant warmth flows from the crackling fire in the fireplace. A large selection of beers is available on tap, including local specialties.

Authentic Irish Pub in Howth. Very cozy, happy atmosphere, great variety of drinks and liquors. Very friendly waiters. There is a splendid terrace where you can enjoy sunny days. We recommend it, we will return.

This pub was recommended by a local for our group to sit and relax before catching the return train to Dublin. The atmosphere was very cozy with a fire to warm us and background music. There was no one rushing us out the door nor pushing food and more drinks. It felt more like a good friends living room rather than a pub. We were very pleased with the recommendation and well worth the walk away from the “touristy” area.
