Was in for a staff Christmas lunch recently. Everything went like clockwork and the staff couldn't have done more for us. I'll be back for some of Manus's cocktails. They were divine. I'd urge others to try some of his recommendations. Thanks to all the staff in general.

Great location, friendly and fast service. Good selection of beers on tap. Lots of seats and areas to bring different sized groups. Upstairs seating for when it's busy. Restaurant further back is great for large groups. Outside seating also available with good views of CHQ and George's dock.

Went for a work Christmas party, food was great with very generous portions on the platters. Waiter looking after the table of 15 was attentive and kept us well stocked

Went for a finger food and drinks with a large group. Good location. Lovely food. Floor staff were very good but a few of us found the barmen to be very rude and grumpy.

Went for dinner.. the size of the portions are absolutely disgraceful for each of starters, main course and desert. The food i did get to eat was delicious though.

28/12/2024: Great pub serving great pints and lovely food right in the heart of Lucan village, staff are excellent, manager Donal is a gent and chef Jack is a legend 🍻🍔 🥩
01/12/2024: We popped on for dinner, food was lovely, especially the beef and Guinness stew. Great service, lovely staff and a nice, relaxed atmosphere. Then the band came on "Ex Reflex 80s band. What a performance. We ended up staying the entire night. Lead singer is amazing, really got the crowd engaged. We'll definitely be back.
