Myself & a friend ate here before a concert in the 3 Arena, service was excellent we got there 30 mins early and no issue we were seated as it was 5pm so the pub was empty more or less but it did fill up as the evening went on.
Food was absolutely gorgeous, wings to start & the Lemongrass Curry for mains with rice and wedges and my friend had the lamb.
We both agreed it was a delicous meal, we did feel that one of the servers was a bit over attentive because she asked us twice could she take the plates away when we were just finishing our food, toilets were clean although there is a bad smell when you go down the stairs and it smells like sewage which wasnt pleasant I dont know if that because of the location of the pub or the repair works going on.
The bill was under €100 for a starter, 2 mains, extra wedges, 3 glasses of wine and one diet coke so we think that was a good price point for two people.
I would definately book as it does get packed.

Recently refurbished. It's now much nicer to hang out in. Haven't eaten there in a while but food was good before. Staff are nice. Atmosphere is good.

A very nice place with perfect service and very friendly staff ☘️🇨🇮 It's very original and you can tell it's been operating for many years while maintaining its essence. We tried to eat local food. The chowder is definitely not for us (it has a strange smell) 😂 We really enjoyed the Guinness sausage with mashed potatoes and caramelized onions ❤️ How wonderful are cultural contrasts in gastronomy!

Quick lunch before our river tour. The manager opened up a few minutes early to get us out of the cold. He was also our server. We both had burgers and they were excellent! Very tasty and delicious. Served quickly. No drama. Great experience and appreciated the manager being sensitive to us waiting outstanding.

My Events business BLOOM Dublin had the pleasure of working here on a 30th birthday party. Absolutely loved transforming the beautiful Green House Room for over 70 people. The staff and management were so helpful and it made the job flow to perfection.

The Dock Offices is one of the few original buildings left in Dublin’s Docklands - a beautiful 19th-century structure that once housed the old Port and Docks Board. The brickwork, clock tower, and “Dock Offices” sign give it real character.
Now home to The Harbourmaster Bar & Restaurant, it’s a great example of how the area has been transformed while keeping a link to its maritime history. Worth stopping by for a photo or a pint.

Food was excellent
Service was initially a bit messed up
Served the wrong dish (happens occasionally and they dealt with it well)
Did not get the wine until finished eating. They were very apologetic and
reflected the inconvenience in the bill.
So all ended well and had the timings been right would have been 5 stars all round
Would I go again? Yes
Very busy and so quite noisy. Being busy the clue this is worth a visit.
