Hardy's Bar in Dublin

We booked afternoon tea here just before Christmas. We had a wonderful time beside the roaring fire in the living room, the food was excellent staff made us feel very special (in particular our server, Myat, was absolutely phenomenal. She doted on us the whole time. The chef was also wonderful and came out to speak to us as well.) We will definitely be back next year!

This is just a gem of a place to stay , so much too offer but I have to say the staff are the most amazing part of this hotel . 10 out of 10 for service ,friendliness , j ust a joy . Such a relaxing hotel and just pure comfort . A definite return . Thank you 😊 🙏

Fabulous hotel, food out of this world, all staff give a first class service. We had a wonderful Christmas here. Can't wait to go back. Rooms are great. No complaints from me and my elderly parents.

Just back from a 2 night stay. Great location. Staff were very good, a special mention has to be given to Ben in Hardys Bar. Unbelievable professional and friendly service, what a credit to the hotel. Room was very comfortable.

Seasoned food! Got the very basic early bird burger. Was surprised at how well seasoned it was. Really tasty. Went to thank one of the waiters and I don’t think he understood or cared haha so thought I’d write this review as my thanks to the chef.

Booked for lunch Nov 1st 2024. Excellent service from Ben. 5/5. Made our visit very enjoyable. Lack of 0.0% alcohol drinks will prevent us from returning soon. No Guinness 0.0 despite full strength being available on tap. Not hard to keep cans in the fridge as most hotels and restaurants in Dublin do. Lack of 0.0% beer choice. Only option was Heineken. In my view the worst 0.0 on the market. Why not a few classic 0.0 beers. like Stella, Peroni, Erdinger to name a few. So, will find it hard to return for another meal or even book a room in the future. Food okay but not the 'Four Star' we were expecting. Happy to give Ben a good tip as he made up for what the hotel lacked.
