Lovely hotel in a beautiful place Highly recommend it

Just back from a 2 night stay. Great location. Staff were very good, a special mention has to be given to Ben in Hardys Bar. Unbelievable professional and friendly service, what a credit to the hotel. Room was very comfortable.

Absolutely fantastic place and really a relaxing enjoyable experience.

Seasoned food! Got the very basic early bird burger. Was surprised at how well seasoned it was. Really tasty. Went to thank one of the waiters and I don’t think he understood or cared haha so thought I’d write this review as my thanks to the chef.

Stunning hotel , we had a Seaview, would recommend any to stay here , it's a really really nice area too

The hotel is pleasant and luxurious. It is also an events center, so there were a lot of people at reception and a lot of noise in the hall at night. The noise in the room was regular. Good bed, adequate bathroom, with a glass shower that prevents water from splashing on the bathroom floor (which is rare in Dublin). Also, a night shift employee was very ignorant to my husband, unnecessary. We had a great soup at the hotel restaurant. The restaurant employee, named Krishna, was very attentive and kind!

Nice hotel in a great location, staff were very good, food was ok but could be a bit better, chocolates in the rooms were a nice touch. Getting to the hotel through local traffic and pedestrians can be a challange bit worth it for a very central location near the pier.

Booked for lunch Nov 1st 2024. Excellent service from Ben. 5/5. Made our visit very enjoyable. Lack of 0.0% alcohol drinks will prevent us from returning soon. No Guinness 0.0 despite full strength being available on tap. Not hard to keep cans in the fridge as most hotels and restaurants in Dublin do. Lack of 0.0% beer choice. Only option was Heineken. In my view the worst 0.0 on the market. Why not a few classic 0.0 beers. like Stella, Peroni, Erdinger to name a few. So, will find it hard to return for another meal or even book a room in the future. Food okay but not the 'Four Star' we were expecting. Happy to give Ben a good tip as he made up for what the hotel lacked.

The very best location. It's a big old place, always busy. It has a great charm.
