Hatch Coffee in Dublin

30/03/2025: If you go here, order the pizza. We didn't have it, but most people get it instead of other dishes. The pizzas look good. Our experience was mediocre. They said there was no table available, but we got one using OpenTable app. We ordered a bottle of wine, but had to remind them two time and it came first when getting the food. The seabass was over cooked and dry. I could have done a better meal myself and I am not s great kitcheneer.

22/03/2025: A beautiful place with wonderful service. María, a Paraguayan, helped us find allergy-friendly dishes. We had a delicious meal. The views were magnificent and the atmosphere very pleasant. María is, in short, LOVELY. The place is fantastic.
