We spent a very special night in this restaurant - the food was excellent (they were very flexible with my allergies), the staff were friendly and professional, and I got proposed to! Overall a lovely place!

Excellent doesn't fully express the meal we had at this restaurant. Our server was so kind and friendly. By far the best meal we had during our week long trip to Ireland.

A little bit noisy(due to the hurling match being on) but the food more than made up for it. It's not the cheapest but trust me you definitely get what you pay for. If you're visiting Dublin make it a priority to have a steak here. Highly recommended.

Very nice, upscale restaurant. Great food, wait staff, and atmosphere. Andreea (2 e’s) was very nice and able to get us whatever we needed. Best food I had in Ireland.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The food was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. Rafael, who took care of our table, was exceptional. He was friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. Service like his makes all the difference. Can’t wait to come back! :)

We had a really good steak. The side dishes were all very good, too. Even in the afternoon, the restaurant was quite busy, so a reservation was a good idea. On the plus side for a meat-based restaurant, there are also a few vegetarian options.

Kathmandu Nepalese Restaurant

22/06/2025: It has been a while since we’ve eaten in Katmandu in Dalkey and after eating there recently I have to say it was absolutely lovely,the jhinga prawns,onion bhaji and masala including all the sides were delicious. The staff are so friendly and efficient. We can’t wait to return soon.
17/03/2025: First time to eat here and I have to say the food was absolutely delicious. We shared Kathmandu veg & a sizzling meat platter (my fav was sizzling prawn) to start. My friends had the Kathmandu special mixed Sizzler, delish, highly recommend👌. Others had the Himalayan chicken curry, which looks green but is really tasty.😋 I had the prawn tikka masala and we shared pilau Rice, a peshwari naan & garlic and coriander naan. The wine was decent and all for €50 per person! Very good value for how delish the food was!

19/05/2025: Greeted with a smile off a lovely staff member, very quick to get my coffee, it was a very nice coffee and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing !
14/05/2025: They don't take your order at the table. You have to order and pay before eating.
